HSR Seeds has been pioneering research and development in Australian agriculture for generations. We're one of the nation's leading producers of hybrid grain sorghum, forage sorghum, sunflower, popcorn, maize and sweet corn seed.

Our company owners and directors were involved in the earliest trials conducted on hybrid seed in Queensland in the late 1950's. Despite competing with multinational corporations, we're proud to say that we are Australian owned. Our developments in hybrid seed are helping other Australians to grow better crops, enhancing our nation's reputation for quality produce worldwide.
